FLEUR

(Bershka cropped top/ River Island Trousers/ Zara Heels/ Louis Vuitton Minilyn Bag/ Forever 21 Sunglasses)
Something about pretty flowers-- peonies, roses, tulips and sunflowers have been circling my mind all day that this outfit reminds me of nothing more but flowers. I guess we don't always have to look at other people's style and magazines for fashion inspiration. It can merely come from a simple flower, winking at you whilst radiating its best bloom.

BABY I'M BLUE -- J's cuppacakes

I was strolling around SM Jazz in Jupiter Street when I discovered this really beautiful cupcake store called J's cuppacakes. What struck me the most was the impeccable design and interior that somehow gave off this very dainty and "princessy" vibe and I just couldn't wait to go inside, sit and marvel at the place and try out their food. I ordered the strawberry pavlova and it was as sweet as a lover. It really matched the romantic atmosphere and the deserts that they served. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to hang out with their friends, or for a lovely date, or simply just a place to unwind and eat great desserts. The staff were also super friendly and that's really a big plus.
If you want to know more about them,

You can follow them @Jcuppacakes (Instagram)
and click this to get to their facebook account.

As for this outfit that I wore today, I chose this blue on blue on blue ensemble just because I've been obsessing on anything powder blue (and pastel pink and yellow)recently, and mainly because it felt so comfortable and perfect for the season. I like to escape a little from the comfort zone and go with tailoring that not a lot of people wear hence, this outfit.

FOIRI E LUCE -- How to wear a see through dress

Why did people even make see-through lace dresses? how the hell am I supposed to wear this?!
Do I just wear my undergarments or what?
I asked myself the same questions while tossing this lace dress in the counter so I could pay for it.
I took it as a challenge, and now I've found ways to make it work.

Here are the steps to how I styled my see-through lace dress :)

and voila! :D
So, what I did was I paired it with a lace bra bandeau and a scuba mini-skirt--it'll surely turn heads but it's a big disappointment to the pervs. All they'll see is your midrib, but at the same time it's still sexy and covered. You can add whatever accessories you want, such as a cute clutch bag that matches the colors of your base clothes or perhaps a flower crown. It's perfect for going to music festivals and a vacation at the beach.

Two of my favorite things to shoot with--flowers and light. They both make things look so pretty in an instant. In line with the Coachella and upcoming music festivals around the world this summer, here's my take on an outfit I'd love to wear to these events (if I wasn't such a homebody, that is).

Played around with the painting I have on my wall, the christmas lights in my room and some really elementary editing skills which I'd have to say sorry for in 3...2...1....

Sorry for my editing skills.  :D
But I hope you liked this post :)

SUMMER LOVE

Its one of those days when you wake up and you decide to spend a little more time and effort making yourself look pretty and you just end up being in a good mood the whole day. That's what I love about summer. No time pressure, you get all the time in the world to choose your clothes, to put on make up, to sing in the shower and to eat breakfast.
I chose to wear this pink cami top that just came in the mail since I was too excited to wear it. This red pencil skirt I thought, would look so good with this light pink top and would give it a very girly and romantic feel. I also wore some vintage stuff that my mom gave to me, the chain bag which I adore since it feels so chanel, and the ring with stones. The other rings meanwhile are from River Island which I got for a very cheap price. Last but not the least the red cat-eye shades were given to me by my friend Joshua. Hey free sunnies, who could say no?
I didn't have to spend a lot for this look, and I think you can create some classy looks of your own too without spending too much as long as you have the right style inspirations and some good stores that can give you your desired outfit for a cheap price.
Hope all of you are having fun playing with your summer outfits! :)

FLOWER POWER

It was windier than usual today, but I was feeling sunny because I had a long break from school and I knew these would be the last few weeks I'd ever have to be in college. So I wore these matching ASOS suit and trousers just because I could almost taste summer and I've been wanting to wear these bad boys for quite a while now. I love ASOS so much since their clothes are super affordable and they deliver straight to your doorstep unlike other brands that make you get your stuff all the way from the customs and make you wait hours and hours...ugh, customs. *shivers*
So my heels are from ASOS too, and I absolutely love them since I could pair them with anything, ranging from casual to formal wear. My helper arrived from Bacolod today because I wanted her to be with me here in Manila, and I know we're going to have a blast watching movies and eating out and with her came a Fossil watch that my mom had sent, and I was so happy since I didn't own a proper one. The watch was perfect, It's white and gold--my two favorite colors when it comes to clothes and accessories.
It may be "groundbreaking" that I'm wearing flowers this Spring/Summer but I think that if you feel like being a flower goddess for a day, then you should just go do it, as long as you don't over do it.  Wishing you all a sunny day, but not a windy one that might ruin your hair.

That's all!
