LUXURE

(Photography by Lois Campos)

Feeling all giddy and overwhelmed at all the pictures and content I have yet to post and share with you guys since there's so much going on with the blog that I can't wait to share everything all at once, but I know patience really is a virtue. I've been shooting and meeting with people here and there and I just have a lot of surprises awaiting so stay tuned!! For now...

Here's part three of my collaboration for the  2014 Holiday collection of Fetish Couture Boutique and this was the first outfit we shot. I instantly fell in love with the whole outfit-- the pearls, the stripes together with the polka dots, the rosy details and the cut of the skirt. It was romantic and vintage and classic and who doesn't love that?
It's love, lust and fetish all at once.
Bisous,

PLAID AND SIMPLE

(sponsored)
(Choies Two Piece Suit/ Louis Vuitton Clutch Bag/ Asos heels/ Sunnies Studios Sunglasses/ Forever21 ring set)

I wasn't always a fan of matchy matchy stuff until I found this Black Plaid Sleeveless Top and High Waist Slim Pants from Choies. It instantly helps pull your look together with its classic print plus it gives off the illusion of a tall and slender figure which I think is a plus for most of us. It was also unbelievably affordable and so fashion forward that when I had to pick something from the online shop, I know this was what I really wanted.
What I love about Choies is that they have these two piece suits that you can buy as a set, and isn't that just wonderful?
I paired it with a pearl necklace and red sunglasses to give off that vintage vibe and I brought this white Louis Vuitton clutch bag that surprisingly carried everything I needed like my phone, powerbank, and a few make up essentials.
I may or may not have fallen in love with the black, red and white combo as I think I'm having another relationship with pastels but I just can't seem to escape the former. I unconsciously find myself pulling out either a black top and white pants or the other way around and just wearing a red lip or red accessories, just because.
I also had the chance to shoot with one of my co-bloggers from Bacolod, Days with Dia and it was so much fun especially since Bacolod is such a small city, and everyone's just friends with everyone, so we had the chance to catch up and chat (and speak ilonggo all throughout!). We were photographed by my dear friend Third and I've never been more happy with the outcome. I think this is something we'll be doing quite a lot from now on.I was so happy to be with people who share the same passion with me and I think you guys should check them out too!

SUNNY

A subtle sheer mesh lining on my white midi-skirt and a black cropped top with an "X" at the back provided the necessary lines I was looking for in today's outfit. Hints of gold to add a little bit of glitter to this black and white number as the yellow painted walls in Venice Piazza nodded in agreement. A little romance, a little flirty, and a bit edgy, I was happy a girl around town, basking in the sunshine and taking pictures with palm trees like someone who can't wait to hit the beach.

FOIRI E LUCE -- How to wear a see through dress

Why did people even make see-through lace dresses? how the hell am I supposed to wear this?!
Do I just wear my undergarments or what?
I asked myself the same questions while tossing this lace dress in the counter so I could pay for it.
I took it as a challenge, and now I've found ways to make it work.

Here are the steps to how I styled my see-through lace dress :)

and voila! :D
So, what I did was I paired it with a lace bra bandeau and a scuba mini-skirt--it'll surely turn heads but it's a big disappointment to the pervs. All they'll see is your midrib, but at the same time it's still sexy and covered. You can add whatever accessories you want, such as a cute clutch bag that matches the colors of your base clothes or perhaps a flower crown. It's perfect for going to music festivals and a vacation at the beach.

Two of my favorite things to shoot with--flowers and light. They both make things look so pretty in an instant. In line with the Coachella and upcoming music festivals around the world this summer, here's my take on an outfit I'd love to wear to these events (if I wasn't such a homebody, that is).

Played around with the painting I have on my wall, the christmas lights in my room and some really elementary editing skills which I'd have to say sorry for in 3...2...1....

Sorry for my editing skills.  :D
But I hope you liked this post :)

SUMMER LOVE

Its one of those days when you wake up and you decide to spend a little more time and effort making yourself look pretty and you just end up being in a good mood the whole day. That's what I love about summer. No time pressure, you get all the time in the world to choose your clothes, to put on make up, to sing in the shower and to eat breakfast.
I chose to wear this pink cami top that just came in the mail since I was too excited to wear it. This red pencil skirt I thought, would look so good with this light pink top and would give it a very girly and romantic feel. I also wore some vintage stuff that my mom gave to me, the chain bag which I adore since it feels so chanel, and the ring with stones. The other rings meanwhile are from River Island which I got for a very cheap price. Last but not the least the red cat-eye shades were given to me by my friend Joshua. Hey free sunnies, who could say no?
I didn't have to spend a lot for this look, and I think you can create some classy looks of your own too without spending too much as long as you have the right style inspirations and some good stores that can give you your desired outfit for a cheap price.
Hope all of you are having fun playing with your summer outfits! :)
