SHIMMER

(Fetish Cropped Top, Earrings and High Waisted Skirt/ Stradivarius heels)
Photography by Lois Campos

This is the last outfit of my collaboration with Fetish Couture Boutique and you might be able to tell it was also the last we shot since it's already night time. I saved this post for October since it's the month of the Masskara Festival and if you're from Bacolod (or the Philippines) you know what that means--party every night! If you haven't heard of Masskara yet, it's a festival in Bacolod City(my hometown) where people celebrate by closing down the street and filling it with booths and bands and dancing. It's a huge street party to summarize it all (it can get a little wild too) and it's something we're always excited about. If you have any upcoming parties to go to this holiday season, experimenting with different patters and textures will always help you stand out and look ready, and adding a little shimmer and shine can't hurt one bit.
Stay Fabulous,

PEARL

(Choies Pearl Ring and Bracelet/ Mango Top from Zalora)

Making the most of the ethereal sunlight shining from my windows and getting in the mood for whites that I decided to highlight these accessories I got from Choies.I really love their site. I'm sure if you've been following me,you can tell by now. If you want to stay updated with the latest fashion trends yet not burn a hole in your pocket, then this is the site for you. I know pearls are everywhere but I love Choies' modern take on this timeless beauty.Pearls are always classic and I love how they can make your outfit stand out and I think if there's one accessory you need to buy as of the moment then this should be it. If only life was as elegant and simple as a pearl...

DOLCE

(Asos Lace Dress/ Zara Heels/ SleekUK Vamp x MAC Heroine lipstick)
I went back home again and collaborated with Lois as we shot this Lace outfit, and both always manage to make things look more elegant and sweet. We tried out a more whimsical take on fashion and I think I'm finally heading to the right direction for the brand since there's always something about magical realism that pulls me.I'm lucky to be living in a nice village with interesting houses that I can just take a walk and be able to shoot at the gates when decent backgrounds are hard to find. Luckier, since I know I'm working with someone who understands what I want and who understands the quality and vision for TiaLacson Blog that working with her was easy as pie.Although it was always raining in the city and I thought I'd never be able to do an outfit post, I was lucky to find sunshine in the midst of rain and consistent dark skies.
Hoping the same goes to you.
 Love,
TL

LUXURE

(Photography by Lois Campos)

Feeling all giddy and overwhelmed at all the pictures and content I have yet to post and share with you guys since there's so much going on with the blog that I can't wait to share everything all at once, but I know patience really is a virtue. I've been shooting and meeting with people here and there and I just have a lot of surprises awaiting so stay tuned!! For now...

Here's part three of my collaboration for the  2014 Holiday collection of Fetish Couture Boutique and this was the first outfit we shot. I instantly fell in love with the whole outfit-- the pearls, the stripes together with the polka dots, the rosy details and the cut of the skirt. It was romantic and vintage and classic and who doesn't love that?
It's love, lust and fetish all at once.

GOLDEN GLOW

(Ifassion Black Lace Top/ Forever 21 trousers/ Loft Sandals/ Izzy and Ali Sling Bag/ YSL lip)

Finally got the chance to go back home again to sort out my life and it seems as though there's just something about Bacolod that makes me feel like I have sunshine with me all the time. After talks over pasta and driving around the city, my friend and I took some pictures and took advantage of the sun's golden glow before it started to rain and get gloomy. For this set, I chose to wear something that I could feel comfortable around in the whole day a.k.a. a slim black lace top, white trousers, and gold details. To emphasize it's colors, we shot the outfit against yellow walls and I really loved the outcome.. Hope you all like it too!

Thank you to Ifassion for sending over some really classy and sassy tops that I've currently been wearing almost everyday!

DAISY DREAM

(Fetish Light pink Romper/ River Island clutch/ Zara low-heeled sandals/ Forever 21 Shades)
Today's all about daisies and here's my take on dressing with a dreamy, light and carefree vibe.
I'd have to say that walks in the park would somehow be perfect for these kinds of days although I'd much rather be at the beach or be in a wide open field but that sounds itchy so I decided to take the opportunity to stroll and shoot here. I love how Marc Jacobs and their new version of Daisy came up with the idea of creating a dream capsule that you can personalize and get back in a years time! Here's mine and you can make yours here too.

PLAID AND SIMPLE

(sponsored)
(Choies Two Piece Suit/ Louis Vuitton Clutch Bag/ Asos heels/ Sunnies Studios Sunglasses/ Forever21 ring set)

I wasn't always a fan of matchy matchy stuff until I found this Black Plaid Sleeveless Top and High Waist Slim Pants from Choies. It instantly helps pull your look together with its classic print plus it gives off the illusion of a tall and slender figure which I think is a plus for most of us. It was also unbelievably affordable and so fashion forward that when I had to pick something from the online shop, I know this was what I really wanted.
What I love about Choies is that they have these two piece suits that you can buy as a set, and isn't that just wonderful?
I paired it with a pearl necklace and red sunglasses to give off that vintage vibe and I brought this white Louis Vuitton clutch bag that surprisingly carried everything I needed like my phone, powerbank, and a few make up essentials.
I may or may not have fallen in love with the black, red and white combo as I think I'm having another relationship with pastels but I just can't seem to escape the former. I unconsciously find myself pulling out either a black top and white pants or the other way around and just wearing a red lip or red accessories, just because.
I also had the chance to shoot with one of my co-bloggers from Bacolod, Days with Dia and it was so much fun especially since Bacolod is such a small city, and everyone's just friends with everyone, so we had the chance to catch up and chat (and speak ilonggo all throughout!). We were photographed by my dear friend Third and I've never been more happy with the outcome. I think this is something we'll be doing quite a lot from now on.I was so happy to be with people who share the same passion with me and I think you guys should check them out too!
