SHIMMER

(Fetish Cropped Top, Earrings and High Waisted Skirt/ Stradivarius heels)
Photography by Lois Campos

This is the last outfit of my collaboration with Fetish Couture Boutique and you might be able to tell it was also the last we shot since it's already night time. I saved this post for October since it's the month of the Masskara Festival and if you're from Bacolod (or the Philippines) you know what that means--party every night! If you haven't heard of Masskara yet, it's a festival in Bacolod City(my hometown) where people celebrate by closing down the street and filling it with booths and bands and dancing. It's a huge street party to summarize it all (it can get a little wild too) and it's something we're always excited about. If you have any upcoming parties to go to this holiday season, experimenting with different patters and textures will always help you stand out and look ready, and adding a little shimmer and shine can't hurt one bit.
Stay Fabulous,
TL

LUXURE

(Photography by Lois Campos)

Feeling all giddy and overwhelmed at all the pictures and content I have yet to post and share with you guys since there's so much going on with the blog that I can't wait to share everything all at once, but I know patience really is a virtue. I've been shooting and meeting with people here and there and I just have a lot of surprises awaiting so stay tuned!! For now...

Here's part three of my collaboration for the  2014 Holiday collection of Fetish Couture Boutique and this was the first outfit we shot. I instantly fell in love with the whole outfit-- the pearls, the stripes together with the polka dots, the rosy details and the cut of the skirt. It was romantic and vintage and classic and who doesn't love that?
It's love, lust and fetish all at once.
Bisous,
TL

ETHEREAL

Here's part 2 of my collaboration with Fetish and all I could say when I saw the pictures was I had a mini heart-attack thanks to Lois and her magic. I was so in love with the pictures that I was probably on my phone for hours and nobody could really talk to me properly...so sorry about that!
For this set, we had to climb up the second floor of the Ruins and if you've ever been there, you'll know that there really wasn't much of a "floor", so this took more effort that the usual, but it didn't really matter since we were able to capture the majesty of the beautiful disaster that is the Ruins, complete with the sunset's ethereal glow and the winds gentle whispers.
I felt like a modern princess wearing this romantic all white ensemble ready to conquer the world-- or the hacienda maybe? For starters?
Anyway,I hope you all love it as much as I do! A special thank you to Toni, Lois, Clarissa, Ashley and the team for making this all a dream!

With Love,
TL

TIA LACSON FOR FETISH

I'd like to welcome you all to the wonderful world of Fetish as they launch their 2014 Holiday Collection.
This season is all about Vintage and Sparkles and Romance and here's one of the four looks that we were able to shoot.

It's extremely humbling to be a part of this experience because I've always loved Fetish and their clothes since I was in high school. To be chosen as their model and brand ambassadress is simply a dream that I wish to never wake up in.
It took us a whole day to shoot for the collection and I didn't even feel tired, It all felt so surreal and so amazing to be working with the best people, the best boutique in the city, at the best location.
We shot this at the Lacson Ruins in Bacolod and it couldn't be more perfect knowing that this was in my grandparent's old house-- and it simply meant a lot.
I've always wanted to do a shoot with Lois Campos and finally getting to work with her was very exciting. She always manages to take the most excellent pictures and make them look beautifully surreal and magical, and this was exactly how I wanted to communicate TiaLacson Blog as-- an unfinished adventure, of dreams and colors, in this glitter-filled,crazy,beautiful life.

**Special Thanks to Clarissa Campos for my Hair and Make Up and to Ashley Yee for helping out and making this whole thing a success!
Hope you all stay tuned for the next ones!
xx,
TL

DAISY DREAM

(Fetish Light pink Romper/ River Island clutch/ Zara low-heeled sandals/ Forever 21 Shades)
Today's all about daisies and here's my take on dressing with a dreamy, light and carefree vibe.
I'd have to say that walks in the park would somehow be perfect for these kinds of days although I'd much rather be at the beach or be in a wide open field but that sounds itchy so I decided to take the opportunity to stroll and shoot here. I love how Marc Jacobs and their new version of Daisy came up with the idea of creating a dream capsule that you can personalize and get back in a years time! Here's mine and you can make yours here too.

TROPIC AND CO-ORDS

(Fetish Couture Top and Skirt/ Asos Heels/ Aldo Wayfarers/ Forever 21 Ring set)

Is it just me or have co-ords just suddenly become something I've grown to love? I never really noticed until now --I was wearing a matching top and trousers in my last post too! If you ask me why I love them, It's actually a great steal for our part since with co-ords we can always mix and match the top and bottom part of the outfit with different things and pay for the price of one!
I especially love how versatile this outfit from Fetish is since the top can be paired with high waisted shorts and the skirt with anything that goes like a plain cropped top or simply a t-shirt, then you can go for a colorful necklace right after.
I couldn't wait to wear this outfit out since I was feeling extra sunny today so I decided to make the most of the weather before "fall" or the "rainy" season decides to make itself permanent and I'd start pressuring myself to head to the nearest beach to at leat keep my sanity.

PALM

(Topshop bikini/Fetish Boutique Couture Accessories/Sunnies Studios Shades/Michael Kors Sandals)

It's days like these when you just want to wake up late, go down and take a dip in the pool, but obviously can't since you have to get up and do what the day insists (like go to work)-- a.k.a. yours truly. Just taking a dip in my mind and posting this today as I took these pictures last weekend and currently wishing it didn't fly by away so quick.
Moving on to the swim outfit I'm wearing,
I think I've developed quite an attachment to high-waist bikins since they look so retro and chic at they same time. I've decided that these red sunnies are the perfect pair to complete that whole pin-up vibe and I added some pearly accessories just to add a bit of sass. Of course the dip and chill in the poolside wouldn't be complete without a cup of hot coffee at hand.
