Everyone's making an effort to try to be fit these days and aside from eating healthy, we head to the gym, or squeeze in a run during our free time. Not to sound negative but for me, it means to always look your best, so you're always ready to bump into anyone. It's a confidence booster and a tool to always brighten up your mood, because when you look good, you feel good.
